Serving the club
The affairs and business of the Association shall be managed by the Executive Board composed of the elected officers of the Association, the immediate past president, and five directors. These five directors shall be members in good standing who receive a plurality of the votes for that position at the Annual meeting. The President of the Association shall act a Chairman of the Executive Committee.
The term of office for each of the directors shall be two years, which are to be staggered.
